6:00–7:00 PM slots are reserved for the Sleep Reset. You choose the same time each evening to anchor your circadian rhythm.
What should I wear / bring?
Comfortable, loose clothing. Eat lightly beforehand, arrive hydrated. No special equipment needed — just yourself.
What if I miss a day?
Complete within 48 hours or an extension is granted. Life happens — we work around it.
How do I track my progress?
Use your phone's built-in sleep app, Whoop, or Oura to track HRV and sleep stages. We'll provide a simple guide on what to look for.
Is this covered by the Founding Membership?
